オオヒシクイ (A. f. middendorffii) Taiga Bean Goose 160109 Miyagi
Taiga Bean Goose foraged rhizomes of reed near ground. Foraging on water is not rare but near ground is more common. I coudln't observe the differences of foraging habitat between Taiga Bean & Tundra Been because Taiga always foraged near marsh and Tundra always foraged fallow field. I though the difference of preference habitat caused by the foraging method and feeds preference.

Video of "Affinity behavior". Fortunately I could take the video with degiscoping. The signal of Bean Goose is resemble to Black-headed gull that was published. Psedu-attacking represented position of anteversion and stretch the neck. Attacking represented psedo-attacking plus walking to front. However, they also used neck in the case they maybe wanna express the affection. I could observed "Affinity behavior" in Greater white-fronted goose similarly. Geese live with their family in winter so it is important to express the affection!
